SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Our current processing time is 7-10 BUSINESS days. These processing times are usually longer then our actual processing times, we just like to allow ourselves some leeway in case something was to come up.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Since we ship via lettermail we are unable to track any shipped orders. We ship this way in order to keep our shipping costs down since we are located in Canada.

As per previous experience..

Orders to Canada: Generally arrive in 1-2 weeks after shipping.

Orders to USA: Generally arrive in 2-3 weeks, but can take up to 4 weeks.

International Orders: Generally arrive in 3-4 weeks.

These shipping estimates are not guaranteed, this is just an estimate from previous experiences. .

MY ORDER IS MISSING WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact me after 30 business days (from shipment date) with your full name, and order number.

CAN YOU COMBINE ORDERS?

Unfortunately we are unable to combine orders. In order to keep our fast shipping times, we are unable to do so. Some orders are even shipped the same day they are placed! (Yay!) Which can become confusing if I am asked to hold onto orders to combine. Plus, more orders means more freebies! Woo Hoo!

WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER RESHIPPED?

If a package gets returned to me or, I have to create a new order, the reshipment fee must be covered by the buyer unless a mistake with your order was made by us personally.

PAYMENTS

DO YOU ACCEPT OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT?

NO, we have no other payment options.

OOPS! I FORGOT TO ADD SOMETHING TO MY ORDER, CAN YOU ADD IT FOR ME?

UNFORTUNATELY NO. There is no way for us to access payments to add items to orders. While we do accept paypal as payment, we do not send out invoices.

CUSTOM REQUESTS

While we do time to time do custom requests, these have to be agreed upon prior to ordering. If you leave a note on your order asking to change something on a sheet without talking to me previously, we will just put in the sheet as listed on the website.

A PRODUCT IS MISSING/DEFECTIVE, WHAT CAN I DO?

While we do routine checks every 25 sheets or so we are human and mistakes happen, and sometimes we may miss one thing or the other. We are very sorry if this occurs. Please message me via the contact us tab on the right with: - order number - full name - description of the problem - photo proof *NOTE: If the sticker is offcut by a little, we do not consider that defective! silhouette machines cannot cut 100% accurately and this is outside of our control.

DO YOU HAVE ANY ACTIVE COUPON CODES?

From time to time we will have coupon codes, the best way to find out is to join our facebook group. We share all the goods, and details there about upcoming sales, releases, and coupon codes. Plus we have alot of fun in there as well. :)
